Facility Membership
Our facility membership is truly unique. We give you a program to follow based on your current needs and future goals. Ongoing follow up appointments are made with a Certified Personal Trainer as part of your membership.

Group Exercise Workshops
We offer additional 5 week workshops throughout the year, for all fitness levels. Workshops meet 1 time per week from 45 to 60 minutes. They are a great opportunity to learn new techniques or change up your workout!
· Kickboxing: Saturdays, 9:15am to 10:15am
· Yoga Stretch/Pilates: Sundays, 9:15am to 10:00am
· Weight Training: Thursdays, 6:00pm to 6:45pm
Non-members rates available.
(Shadow Boxing & Self Defense workshops offered at select times during year)

Personal Training
10 Sessions of one-on-one strength training with a Personal Trainer to increase strength, flexibility and endurance incrementally. Training sessions are 45 minutes in duration with a 10 minute warm up prior to session start.
This program includes gym access during your program period.

Food Addiction Counsel
10 Sessions of one-on-one time (45 min) with a Nutrition Counselor to identify, review and work on coping mechanisms to address food addiction and create solutions for ongoing healing and weight loss success.

12 Week Training Camp
