What is it?

Personal Training is a one-on-one exercise experience where the trainer designs a program to increase strength, flexibility and endurance incrementally. It is an opportunity to learn about your self, as to increase self awareness and confidence. Each session is 45 minutes mix of strength training and cardiovascular interval training.

Our philosophy is to learn about our clients while helping them achieve their goals safely. We will consider any medical conditions; for example, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, joint issues and adjust training programs accordingly.

"My primary goal is to educate women on strength training. There are some facilities that offer exercise programs, but these facilities have ignored the strength training component. For example, 3lbs more of lean muscle mass can average 360 to 1050 more calories burned per week. Moreover, women, especially in there 40s and 50s can make progress now and protect their bone health, and specifically prevent the onset of Osteoporosis."
